Records in solar laser efficiencies were achieved using a multirod laser system, whose work was highlighted by Laser Focus World.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">I am a research team member of a 40k\u20ac FCT Exploratory Project, which started in 2022.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">I have been helping with the supervision of MSc\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">and PhD students, contributing to several publications. In 2020, I started the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">co-supervision of a PhD student.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Our research team was invited by Springer-Nature to write a book on \u201cSolar-Pumped Lasers\u201d. <span lang=\"PT\">The book has already been released.
